Flexible Website Support Plans
Once your website is live, it’s normal for things to change – whether that’s updating content, fixing the odd issue, or making small improvements as your business grows. Our flexible support plans give you expert help each month, so you’re not left figuring things out alone.
Support time can be used flexibly – from content edits and layout tweaks to technical fixes, plugin updates, training, digital advice, or general website housekeeping. You choose how to use your time each month (or we can guide you on what’s most beneficial), while we keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re on the Essentials Plan or need extra support beyond your allowance, additional time is charged at £40 per hour.
Essentials Plan
£29 per month
Hosting, security and essential upkeep to keep your site live and healthy. Required unless you self-host your website.
Support Plan
£59 per month
Includes everything in Essentials, plus 1 hour per month for ongoing updates or improvements.
Support Plus Plan
£89 per month
For growing businesses needing regular support – includes 2 hours per month and quicker turnarounds.

Not sure how our support plans work or what kind of help you can get? Here are some quick answers to common questions.
Do I need to be on a support plan?
Our Essentials Plan is required unless you’re hosting and managing your website yourself. It covers reliable hosting, updates, backups and general maintenance. If you want extra support, you can choose one of our support plans.
What can support time be used for?
Support time is flexible – use it for content changes, layout tweaks, technical fixes, plugin updates, training, or digital advice. We’re here to help with the tasks that crop up month-to-month.
What if I go over my support time?
If you need more help than your plan includes, we’ll always let you know in advance. Additional time is charged at our hourly rate (£40 per hour), or you can choose to upgrade your plan if needed.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes – we know things change, so you can switch plans at any time. Just let us know and we’ll make sure it’s updated for the next month.
Do you support sites not built by you?
Generally, we only offer support for websites we’ve built. This ensures we know the site inside-out and can provide the best service – but feel free to ask if you’re unsure.
